Excel source refreshing column

In reference to ticket #5130

Two issues:

One is that sometimes I want to refresh the file and its columns, because I've made a change in the source file. The only way to do this is to open the file picker, pick a different file, refresh file/columns, then go back and pick my correct file and allow it to refresh. Ideally there would be a button for "Refresh Source."

Second issue - sometimes I want to refresh the file and its columns but *not* the data types. Example problem: I have a dataflow for importing invoice line items, I reuse it very frequently. One of my data fields is TaxAmount, which needs decimals to be accurate. However, say my source file's first 10,000 records happen to be 0, but further down the dataset are some taxed items with values like 1.54, 10.99, etc. Centerprise determines the data type is Integer, based on the sampling, but this is incorrect. Everytime I use this dataflow, I have to refresh the file and its columns because sometimes the client is inconsistent in naming the columns. But when I do so, I lose data types to the sampling. Ideally, when the 'refresh source fields' dialog comes up, I could check a box to maintain existing data types.
