• Feature: Hierarchal rules within Data Quality Rules

  Description: Add a hierarchy attribute to a rule. e.g. 1,2,3, etc. When processing the rules, process rules marked as 1 first, then 2, then 3, etc. Process all rules at level 1, if any fail, stop processing rules, else process all rules at level 2, if any fail, stop processing rules, etc.

  We won't add the hierarchy, but we will add a "stop after first error is encountered" flag in the transformation.
