Issue with new fields in CRM to show up in Centerprise

Hi,

We have an issue with Centerprise, whenever a new field is created in CRM I can't get it to show up in centerprise unless I restart the entire application program, and even if I restart the program I need to create a new DatabaseSource or destination, refreshing the old DatabaseSource or destination will not help. This is a major issue, as we need to continuously lose the work that I did.
