This is just a suggestion for possible enhancement. It would be helpful to have additional filter in File System Entries Source, which would allow to screen based on the date when file was created or modified. This way the workflow would be able to process, for example, last three updated files.

You can attach a filter to the FileSystemEntries source and do just that. In the Filter, write an expression that compares a specified date with Today().
e.g.
DateDifferenceDays(Today(), LastWrite) <= 10
This would give you files updated in the last 10 days.
