Combine selected fields from 2 Access tables

I have 2 access tables i need to combine into one.

I need the data from the 2 tables appending into one with some of the similar fields combined. I've tried using a merge transformation, which creates all the fields correctly however, it only has the data from one of the input tables. Any ideas how to resolve?

The Merge or Union transformations should take data from both sources. Make sure you have data in both sources and you have not selected "incremental load" on either source. Can you post a screeshot of your mapping?
