Viewing destination object errors?

I am trying to see the errors reported in the the dataflow when doing an actual transfer to the database, but I can't figure out how.

I have tried using a record level log, but I can't see what to connect the outputs to? I assume I am supposed to conenct the output of the database destination object to the input of the log object?

The help system doesn't mention the inputs or outputs of the object.

Any ideas?

  Dave,

  Treat record level log like a transformation and map all the fields from the database output to the record level transformation. Run the job and click on the record level log file link in the job progress window.

  I use SQL Statement as a destination. This destination does not have the Output. How to check on the error description?
