QBXMLRP2.dll failed to register

Centerprise Installations might encounter the following error:
Module C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intuit\QuickBooks\QBXMLRP2.dll failed to register.  HRESULT -2147220473
 
This error occurs because the install program is unable to register the QuickBooks XML Request Processor on your machine.
 
If you encounter this error do the following:
 
1)  Ignore this error and continue with your installation.
 
2)  Click here to launch a separate installer provided by Intuit to install the XML Request Processor:  QBXMLRP2 Installer
